Return Policy


First, if you have questions about returns or a refund, we are assuming you have placed an order with us so we owe you a huge "thank you!" Nothing makes us happier than hearing about customer's amazing experiences with CBD. We do our very best to deliver top tier recovery products and to assist with any questions during your journey with Herbstrong. 


With that being said, Herbstrong does have a 14-day satisfaction guarantee policy. Meaning, if you are not happy with your product in the first 14 days of having it, we will refund you or replace your item with a different one. We will not refund for taxes paid or shipping/handling charges. 

All returns of the product must go through our Customer Service team, you can contact a representative by emailing help@herbstrong.com 

Herbstrong is not responsible for any returns that have not been preapproved. Customer Service will approve the return and issue you a return authorization number to be placed on the outside of the package. Refunds or exchanges will be made once the product is back at the Herbstrong facility.
