What is your sport/passion and how often do you practice per week? How rigorous is training or practices?
I am a world class Powerlifter, top 3 in the world for my weight class. I train 5 days a week. Extremely rigorous and heavy training. Pushing the limits of my body everyday. Often lifting over 700-800 lbs during workouts.
Do you ever feel sore, tired, or get injuries often?
Soreness and being tired is a weekly occurrence. Lifting the amount of weights I do takes a toll on my body every day. And the energy and effort demands leave me tired and fatigued every day. There might be 5-7 days a month where I feel ‘normal’.
What do you like about, or what role does Herbstrong have in your routine?
Herbstrong products provides an essential daily role in helping me recover.
Do you have a specific routine you follow when recovering from training?
I use Recovery Cream on sore muscles as needed. I use Herbstrong CBD oil drops 20 min every night before bed
What advice would you give to someone who has never tried CBD before?
Just give it a try. You can start with a small amount and increase as you want. Do your own research and see if this may be something you can benefit from...if taking a few simple drops with no side effects is all it takes, what else can you ask for?!?!
